Two ways to sell
Take traditional orders and deliver kringle to your buyers, or sell coupons redeemable at our stores. Either way, you buy each kringle from us for $18.25 and sell it for $23.00.
Traditional fundraiser
Your group takes orders for kringle, sends us one final order, and picks up fresh kringle to hand out.
- You pick your pickup date; your 15-day selling period comes before it.
- Final order due at least 7 days before pickup.
- Pickup at our De Pere production facility.
- Payment due at pickup.
Coupon fundraiser
Your group sells coupons, each good for one kringle at any of our stores, with no expiration date.
- You pick your 15 selling days, any time of year.
- Coupons come in packs of 10; get more during your sale if you need them.
- Pick up coupons at the store you choose, from 3 days before you start.
- Return unsold coupons with one check for the ones you sold.
How it works
- Create an account for your group's organizer.
- Pick your dates on our calendar (pickup date for traditional, selling days for coupons).
- We confirm your fundraiser by email.
- Sell for 15 days.
- Finish up: send your final order and pick up, or return unsold coupons with your check.
Good to know
- Each organization can run one fundraiser per year.
- Every fundraiser needs approval from our staff before it starts; we'll email you once it's confirmed.
- Pickup is at our De Pere production facility (1876 Commerce Drive, De Pere, WI 54115). Orders over 80 kringles can't be picked up at our retail stores.
- Traditional fundraisers can't be picked up during the week or two before the holidays; those dates are blocked on the calendar.
- We generally schedule one traditional pickup per day, so book early, especially for the holidays.
- Credit cards aren't accepted for fundraisers; please pay with one check from your organization.
